A deposit of 2,000.00 RUB per stay will be required by bank transfer upon arrival to cover any potential damages.

Pets are allowed for an additional fee. Price of accommodation: 1,000.00 RUB per night.

The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself.

24-hour check-in. Early check-in and late check-out are available by prior arrangement and for an additional fee. Guests receive keys via a key locker and check-in is contactless. Contact information is provided in the booking confirmation.

The property is not suitable for events, noisy groups, or parties.

Check-in is by passport, minimum age 18, and deposit required.

Pets are welcome; terms and conditions are discussed in advance and an additional fee applies.

An additional set of bed linen is available for RUB 300.00.

After paying the property's rent, a security deposit is required for the property and all house rules. This deposit is returned to the card after cleaning and inspection of the property.

Accounting documents are provided, including invoices, certificates of completion, and receipts with QR codes, for both legal entities and individuals.
