A deposit of 1,000.00 RUB per stay will be required by bank transfer upon arrival to cover any potential damages.

The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself.

Guests are asked to observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 09:00 AM. Violation of nighttime quiet hours is considered a breach of sanitary and epidemiological regulations and is subject to liability in accordance with Articles 6.3 and 6.4 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation, which may result in fines of up to RUB 5000.00 for individuals.

Guests are requested to maintain cleanliness. The property does not provide dishwashing or garbage removal services; these tasks are to be done by guests themselves.

Guests are asked to respect all agreements. Only persons listed in the booking may stay in the apartment.

Furniture rearrangement is not permitted.

When leaving the apartment, guests are asked to switch off electrical appliances and lights.

Smoking is allowed only on the balcony or outside. Hookah smoking in the apartment, including on the balcony, is prohibited.

Guests are asked to use only one set of bed linen and towels: two pillowcases, one sheet, one duvet cover, and two towels. Use of an additional set will incur an extra charge of 500.00 RUB.

Reporting documents, including QR code, rental agreement, can be provided for an additional fee of 10% of the booking cost.

Early check-in and late check-out are charged at RUB 250.00 per hour.

A fee of RUB 500.00 per day applies for pets.

Opening the barrier gate is not permitted.

The property is not responsible for water or electricity outages caused by the building management company or municipal services.

A fine of RUB 100.00 will be charged for leaving garbage in the apartment.
