The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself.

Early check-in and late check-out are available by prior arrangement.

Contactless check-in: a lock code is provided.

Accounting documents are available upon request.

24/7 guest support is available.

The apartment is rented upon presentation of documents. Noisy events, parties, stag or hen parties, or the consumption of alcohol are not permitted. Children and pets are allowed by prior arrangement.

Hotel services are not provided.

The deposit is non-refundable in the event of smoking in the apartment, exceeding the number of guests, damage to property, heavy soiling, unauthorized use of additional bedding, or violation of the Law on Peace and Quiet. Violations may result in eviction without a refund.

A deposit of 5,000.00 RUB per stay will be required by bank transfer upon arrival to cover any potential damages.
