A deposit of 5,000.00 RUB per stay will be required by bank transfer upon arrival to cover any potential damages.

The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself.

Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request. Early check-in is possible if the flat is available and ready; however, a 100% guarantee is only possible by booking an extra night. Late check-out is always charged separately and is provided if there is no subsequent booking.

A full contactless check-in system is in place.

Before check-in, guests are required to sign an electronic agreement, provide a passport photo, pay the remaining amount and the security deposit. A detailed check-in instruction will be sent after this. The code for the electronic lock will be sent two hours before check-in.

The deposit is paid on arrival and is fully returned to the card on the day of departure by 12:00 AM, provided all accommodation rules are followed.

Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the property, including all types of cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, hookahs, and smoking blends. A penalty in the amount of the deposit applies for violations.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM and from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM. Parties are not allowed. Violation will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of the deposit.

The nightly rate is valid for two guests. For each additional guest, including children, an extra charge applies.

Pets are not allowed.
