A deposit of 3,000.00 RUB per stay will be required by bank transfer upon arrival to cover any potential damages.

The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself.

Check-in is possible only with a passport.

A deposit is paid, which is returned after the apartment is cleaned.

Smoking cigarettes in the flat and on the balcony is prohibited. If the smell of smoke is detected, the deposit is not returned.

The flat is not intended for parties.

Contactless check-in, early check-in and late check-out are possible upon agreement. Contact information is provided in the booking confirmation.

Cleaning is carried out after each guest.
