The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself.

During the New Year holidays from December 29th to January 10th, payment for a prepayment rate must be made in full before arrival. For detailed prepayment information, please contact the apartment administrator. Contact information is provided in the booking confirmation.

A deposit of 2,000.00 RUB per stay will be required by bank transfer upon arrival to cover any potential damages.
