Check-in is done independently according to the instructions. The keys are in the safe in the apartment. Early check-in and late check-out are possible for an additional fee, subject to availability. Upon check-in, a passport is required: main spread and registration. An electronic agreement is signed.

Upon check-in, a deposit must be paid for the safety of the property. The amount may vary depending on the length of stay, the number of guests and the presence of animals. On holidays, the deposit is always increased.

The minimum deposit starts from RUB 3000.00. For a stay of 3 to 7 days, the deposit is RUB 5000.00 — RUB 7000.00, from 7 to 14 days — RUB 8000.00 — RUB 13000.00, from 14 to 20 days — RUB 14000.00 — RUB 16000.00, for 30 days — RUB 20000.00. If the rules of residence are observed, the deposit is returned in full on the day of departure. Guests are asked to take good care of bed linen and towels. After some stains, the linen cannot be completely restored. In this case, the deposit is retained.
