The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself.

Check-in is only possible between 02:00 PM and 03:00 PM. Check-in after 03:00 PM is only possible by prior arrangement, and requires prior notification of the apartment and receipt of check-in instructions. Contact information is provided in the booking confirmation.

Communication with the accommodation facility is carried out via email due to problems with mobile providers.

The price of accommodation includes one set of bed linen per bed. If additional sets are required, an additional fee of RUB 500.00 is charged for each.
