The reservation desk's opening hours are from 08:00 AM to 12:00 AM, seven days a week.

Accommodation rules:

Smoking and noisy parties are prohibited.

A deposit may be withheld in case of damage to property or violation of the smoking ban.

The deposit is refunded after check-out and apartment inspection between 06:00 PM and 09:00 PM.

Check-in takes place remotely.

During the New Year holidays, there is an increased deposit of RUB 3000.00.
