The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself.

Guests are required to contact the apartment in advance during the reservation department working hours to obtain all necessary information regarding check-in. Otherwise, the apartment does not guarantee check-in. Contact information is provided in the booking confirmation.

The reservation department working hours are from 08:00 AM to 12:00 AM seven days a week.

Housing rules:

Noisy parties and smoking in the apartment are strictly prohibited.

The security deposit must be paid directly upon check-in. For damage to property and smoking in the apartment, the security deposit may be retained. Refunds of security deposits are made after check-out and inspection of the apartment from 06:00 PM to 09:00 PM.

Check-in takes place remotely.

During the New Year holidays, there is an increased deposit of RUB 3000.00.
