The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself.

The deposit is refunded on the day of check-out before 16:00 local time.

Communication mode: calls and messages are processed from 07:00 to 21:30 Moscow time. Overnight bookings — requests are processed in the morning.

Guests should specify the exact number of guests when booking.

Refusal is possible in case of aggressive behavior, threats, intoxication, discrepancies in booking and documents, risk of damage, or if there are reasonable signs of unreliability.

Smoking is not allowed in the apartment or on the balcony.

Parties are prohibited and the law on silence must be observed.

When checking in 2 people in different beds, you need to pay for an additional set of bed linen — RUB 300.00.

Early check-in and late check-out as agreed.

Rent is possible for citizens over 21 years old — an increased deposit of RUB 4000.00.
