The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself.

Early check-in and late check-out are discussed.

Accounting documents are provided, the accommodation facility accepts cashless payments from legal entities.

Contactless check-in is provided, following instructions sent on the day of arrival. Coordination after booking occurs via messaging apps. Contact information is provided in the booking confirmation.

Wet cleaning and disinfection are performed after each guest, as well as preventative pest control. All appliances and plumbing are checked for proper functioning.

For one-night reservations, an additional cleaning fee of RUB 400.00 is charged; for reservations of two or more nights, cleaning is included.

Pets are allowed by prior arrangement for an additional fee.

A deposit is required and is refundable on the day of departure after cleaning; the refund method is agreed upon with the guest.

Smoking and events are prohibited; smoke detectors are installed. The penalty for violation is forfeiture of the deposit.

A deposit of 3,000.00 RUB per stay will be required by bank transfer upon arrival to cover any potential damages.
