The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself.

Early check-in is possible if there is a free apartment.

Check-out is before 12:00 regardless of the check-in time. Hourly extension is possible for an additional fee. Check-out after 18:00 is paid as a full day.

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to additional payment and are agreed upon separately.

Booking requirements:

– when booking, you must specify the exact number of guests.

– an extra bed is paid separately.

– unspecified guests are paid additionally upon check-in.

Cleaning and linen change are carried out every 7 days for long-term stays.

Work with legal entities. Reporting documents are provided (receipt, form 3g, QR code, certificate).

Hourly rental for photo shoots and business meetings is possible.

Prohibited:

– holding events;

– smoking.

A deposit of 2,000.00 RUB per stay will be required at check-in to cover any potential damages.
