A deposit of 4,000.00 RUB per stay will be required by bank transfer upon arrival to cover any potential damages.

Pets are allowed for an additional fee. Price of accommodation: 500.00 RUB per night.

The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself.

When checking in, guests are required to provide photos of pages 2 and 3 of their passport. For security, guests may write “For POSUTOCHNO50 only” on the photo.

After verification, guests will receive instructions with access codes to the flat. Keys can be obtained from a safe box.

Contactless check-in is available 24/7.

Free cancellation is possible up to 5 days before arrival. After this period, payment is non-refundable.

Early check-in and late check-out are available upon prior agreement.

For business travelers, official documentation for reporting purposes can be provided. Payment by invoice is possible. A contract for long-term accommodation can also be arranged.

The rate includes one set of bed linen per bed. An extra set for a sofa or bed is available at an additional cost of RUB 500.00 per set. Guests may use their own bed linen; pillows and blankets are provided free of charge.

Pet accommodation must be agreed upon in advance. The cost starts from RUB 500.00 per day.

The security deposit is returned on the day of departure after cleaning.

No loud events or smoking are allowed in the flat or on the balcony.

For stays of 7 days or more, free linen replacement is provided.

The flat is not intended for parties or loud music and other noise, especially after 09:00 PM. In case of violation, the property reserves the right to evict guests without refund.

If there are numerous or severe contaminations, including walking in shoes inside the flat, leaving garbage and dirty dishes behind, or if there is a smell of cigarettes, the deposit will not be refunded.

Kamchatka souvenirs (caviar, crab, scallop, and red fish) can be purchased for an additional fee.
