The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself.

To check in, guests must fill out an electronic form with their passport details.

Guests are required to contact the administration on the day of arrival between 13:00 and 21:00 Moscow time via messenger. Contact information is provided in the booking confirmation.

For later check-ins between 21:00 and 23:00, an additional fee of RUB 500.00 will be charged via bank card transfer. Check-in is not possible after 23:00.

An increased deposit is charged during the New Year holidays.
