The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself.

The following actions are not permitted during the stay in the apartment:

1. Accommodation for more people than was indicated at the time of booking.

2. Noise from 11:00 PM to 09:00 AM. Violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction without refund of the deposit.

3. Leaving dirty dishes, dirt, garbage in the apartment, on the stair landings, or in other common areas of the building.

4. Smoking. The presence of cigarette butts, the smell of cigarettes, hookahs, tobacco, and other smoking blends.

5. Using additional sets of bed linen and towels without prior agreement.

6. Moving large furniture.

7. Causing material damage to the apartment and the property of the building.

8. Loss of the apartment keys.

9. Delayed check-out.

A deposit of 3,000.00 RUB per stay will be required by bank transfer upon arrival to cover any potential damages.
