Требования к документам для заселения зависят от типа объекта размещения и применимых к нему правил. Для гостиниц и иных средств размещения могут приниматься паспорт РФ, заграничный паспорт или водительское удостоверение. Для квартир, апартаментов и иных объектов, где заселение или заключение договора осуществляется по правилам конкретного объекта, требования к документам определяются объектом размещения.

Возможна наличная и безналичная форма оплаты.

За третьего человека предусмотрена предоплата в виде 50% от стоимости суток.

Возможен ранний заезд и позднее выселение по договоренности. В случае более раннего выезда денежные средства не возвращаются.

При отмене бронирования менее чем за трое суток или внезапном отъезде по неуважительной причине деньги также не возвращаются.

При нарушении тишины после 22:00 следует предупреждение, в дальнейшем, при повторении, выселение без возврата средств.

В квартире нельзя курить.

Квартира не сдается для вечеринок и увеселительных мероприятий.

Early check-in and late check-out are possible by agreement. In case of early check-out, the money will not be refunded.

If the reservation is cancelled less than three days in advance or if the guest suddenly leaves for an unjustified reason, the money will also not be refunded.

If the noise is disturbed after 10:00 PM, a warning will be issued, and if repeated, the guest will be evicted without a refund.

Smoking is not allowed in the flat.

The flat is not rented for parties and entertainment events.
