For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself.

For 1-night bookings, an additional cleaning fee of RUB 500.00 is charged.

Rules of accommodation:

Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment;

Strict observance of the law on silence (with 10:00 AM — 10:00 AM, 01:00 PM — 03:00 PM), It is forbidden to make noise;

Respect for neighbors and observance of the rules of command in an apartment building;

It is forbidden to hold any format of events, parties, holidays;

Guests in a state of alcoholic or other intoxication are not checked in;

Keep clean and tidy, return all things to their places, throw out the trash, wash the dishes;

There are as many guests as indicated in the booking request, in case of violation, the deposit is withheld.

The security deposit is refunded after cleaning the apartment during the day, subject to the rules of accommodation and the safety of property.

Upon check-in, at the request of the manager, it is necessary to sign an electronic employment contract.

The deposit is non-refundable: for violation of the rules of accommodation, damage to property, loss of keys, stains on textiles that cannot be washed in regular washing, and laundry / dry cleaning / more cleaning time is required.

The lease is made under a lease agreement.

Reservations for third parties are possible in consultation with the manager.
