The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself.

For late check-in at night after 02:00 AM, there is an additional payment of RUB 1000.00.

Check-in instructions:

The apartment key will be in the safe next to the apartment. The access code is provided to guests after full payment. Guests must provide identification documents. This can be done in two ways:

1. Pass electronic verification by clicking on the link that the administration will send to guests in the messenger.

2. Personally come to the office.

The administrator reserves the right to take a security deposit.

Check-in is carried out only with a passport.

All sets of bed linen are professionally processed — washing and ironing are carried out in the laundry room, so the laundry is not dried or washed in the apartment. This guarantees guests fresh and hygienic bed linen.
