The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself.

Guests must contact the administrator the day before arrival to receive check-in instructions. Contact information is provided in the booking confirmation. Check-in managers are available until 23:00.

When checking in remotely, a registration link is provided, which guests need to use to register, pay a deposit, and then check-in instructions will be sent.

Business travelers are provided with accounting documents.

Early and late check-in is considered individually, for an additional fee of RUB 300.00 for each hour, up to 4 hours.

Smoking is prohibited in the flat, as well as the use of any other smoking products and liquids, including on the balcony. The security deposit is refunded after checking the flat.

It is forbidden to hold events.

The accommodation facility may refuse to accommodate minors, persons without documents confirming their legal presence in the territory of the Russian Federation and persons who are intoxicated or otherwise intoxicated.

When booking for one day, RUB 500.00 is paid in addition to the booking price for cleaning.

A deposit of 5,000.00 RUB per stay will be required by bank transfer upon arrival to cover any potential damages.
