Требования к документам для заселения зависят от типа объекта размещения и применимых к нему правил. Для гостиниц и иных средств размещения могут приниматься паспорт РФ, заграничный паспорт или водительское удостоверение. Для квартир, апартаментов и иных объектов, где заселение или заключение договора осуществляется по правилам конкретного объекта, требования к документам определяются объектом размещения.

Проживание с детьми разрешено. Заселение детей до 18 лет возможно только при проживании с родителями с документальным подтверждением родства.

Для гостей до 25 лет сумма депозита составляет 5000.00 RUB в соответствии с договором, который заключается при заселении.

В объекте размещения установлен повышенный депозит для гостей младше 25 лет, а для гостей до 19 лет сумма депозита составляет 5000.00 RUB в соответствии с договором, который заключается при заселении.

Страховой депозит возвращается после уборки в день выезда при соблюдении всех правил проживания и отсутствии ущерба.

Заселение дистанционное. Для получения инструкций гостям необходимо заранее связаться по номеру телефона, указанному в подтверждении бронирования, не позднее 00:00.

The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself.

Accommodation with children is allowed. Children under 18 years of age can only be accommodated if they live with their parents with documented proof of relationship.

For guests under 25 years old, the deposit amount is RUB 5000.00, as outlined in the agreement signed at check-in.

The property requires a higher security deposit for guests under 25 years old, and for guests under 19 years old, the deposit amount is 5000.00 RUB as per the agreement signed at check-in.

The security deposit is returned after cleaning on the day of departure, provided that all rules of residence are observed and there is no damage.

Check-in is contactless. To receive check-in instructions, guests need to contact the phone number provided in the booking confirmation in advance, no later than 00:00 AM.

A deposit of 3,000.00 RUB per stay will be required by bank transfer upon arrival to cover any potential damages.
