The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself.

Contactless check-in. Guests will need to sign the contract remotely via an online service.

Noisy events and parties are prohibited. Upon arrival, a deposit is required for the safety of the property entrusted for the rental period, which is returned after departure and complete cleaning of the living space. In exceptional cases, the deposit may be increased to RUB 10000.00 at the discretion of the landlord. If the terms of stay are violated, including smoking in the apartment and on the balcony, the deposit will not be refunded. If property is damaged, dishes are broken, or stains are left on linen, an amount equal to the cost of compensation will be deducted from the deposit.

A deposit of 3,000.00 RUB per stay will be required by bank transfer upon arrival to cover any potential damages.
