The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself.

The accommodation facility accommodates only guests over the age of 23 in accordance with the agreement signed by the guest upon check-in.

Check-in and check-out after 10:00 PM are possible by prior arrangement and at an additional cost.

The deposit is paid by transfer to the card upon check-in.

A deposit of 5,000.00 RUB per stay will be required by bank transfer upon arrival to cover any potential damages.
