A deposit of 1,500.00 RUB per stay will be required at check-in to cover any potential damages.

The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself.

The deposit is returned until 17:00 on the day of check-out after checking the flat, if there are no violations. To return the deposit, guests need to send the transfer details via SMS.

In the flat is not allowed:

Accommodation with pets;

Holding noisy events and parties;

Presence of more guests in the flat than indicated in the reservation;

Property damage;

Breaking the silence between 21:00 and 09:00;

Smoking.

If the above-mentioned violations are detected, the deposit will not be refunded.

In case of non-compliance with the rules of accommodation, guests can be evicted without a refund of the payment and deposit.
