The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself.

Upon arrival before 18:00, the administrator meets guests at the address of residence. If check-in is after 18:00, guests must drive to the office for keys at ul. Mozdokskaya 5/26.

Guests must give 1 hour notice of their arrival, as well as 1 hour before check-out. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

The apartments are non-smoking. Parties are prohibited.

The cost of cleaning for animals may be charged from the security deposit.

A set of bed linen and two towels are provided. A surcharge of RUB 200.00 is required for the second set. Guests are asked to specify the required number of sets in advance. Contact information is provided on the booking confirmation.

A deposit of 2,500.00 RUB per stay will be required at check-in to cover any potential damages.
