Апартаменты оборудованы Wi-Fi, мебелью и техникой. В апартаментах имеется: кухня, душевая, двуспальная кровать и дополнительные места для размещения гостей, вид на город. Допускается курение кальянов и электронных устройств.

The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself.

In case of arrival of more than 2 guests, an additional fee of RUB 750.00 per guest will be charged.

Contactless check-in. Passport data must be provided remotely. There is a check-in desk, the guest must go to the check-in desk and provide passport data.

Information about the type of meals included in the price is indicated in the rate details.

A deposit of 3,000.00 RUB per stay will be required by bank transfer upon arrival to cover any potential damages.
